Join us Friday, August 14, 2026 celebrating what it really means to be “older”—and loving every fun, wacky, and wonderful minute of it. Serving Our Seniors has planned a FUN-TASTIC Senior Fest 2026 that proves aging is anything but boring. The event will be held at the Erie County Fairgrounds in Building 1. Admission is free, and a complimentary lunch is served at 12pm. Seating is limited to the first 250 guests and is available on a first-come, first-served basis. All attendees must be age 60 or better. Sorry, no grandchildren —this celebration is just for the young-at-heart who have earned it. 9:00 a.m. – Doors Open 10:00 a.m. Welcome! Matt Westerhold and Herb Harkness, Masters of Ceremonies, kick off Senior Fest 2026. Color Guard – American Legion Post 83 and Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 2529 by Bill Olejniczak. National Anthem – performed by Cathy Dickerson. Taps - American Legion Post 83 and Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 2529. “Hand Jive” & “Sugar, Sugar” medley – Performed by Diane Bryant, Joe Ann Bonner, Joe Hayberger, Paul Carr, Debbie Ray, and Gloria Valez. Audience participation is needed with chair dancing. Got the Feeling – Chester Williams My Guy skit – Starring by Darlene Walk and Anthony Poole, Chris Rankins. Minnie the Moocher skit – Performed by Chester Williams with his “Moochers”. Beachball Race – Audience participation. Back to School Medley , performed by Joe Ann Bonner, Joe Hayberger, Matt Westerhold. Yakity Yak skit – Sheriff Sigsworth, Police Chiefs Jared Oliver, Jeff Musser, Terry Graham, and Captain Marty Curran, Izzy & Gabby Vaccaro. All That Jazz skit – Starring Habitat for Humanity Volunteers - Mark Boggs, Judy Hippler, Cyndy Vajda, and others. The Golden Girls skit – Diane Bradley, Debbie Ray, Gloria Valez, and Michelle Dickey. Beachball Race – Audience participation My Way – Performed by Jim Jackson. Private Dancer – Performed by Cathy Dickerson and Mario Tie Kids Say the Darndest Things – Art Linkletter (Matt Westerhold) and Paul Carr, Marj Kobylski, and Debbie Ray.
